WAYDOWNTOWN The Black and White Bar was established in 2002 by a local Miss Jeri Boccio. She had been successful with several businesses in town and took on the challenging venture of opening a restaurant.
In 2008, She had new vision and together with the energy and excitement of her partner Miss Elizabeth "Liz" DeBella an overhaul took place and created the entertainment and food place to be in Provincetown!
